Robert Scott has pursued his photographic vision for over 20 years. He is
drawn by the photography's equalizing nature, giving weight to significant
and insignificant moments in time. His work, usually absent of the human
form, gives the viewer the opportunity to enter that space. Equally
comfortable working in black and white as well as color, Robert tries to
capture the transformation from the natural to the industrialized world.
When he is not peering through a viewfinder, Robert directs his other
creative energy towards drawing and painting. His large scale graphite
portraits and watercolors create an alternative vision to his photographic
work.
